The optometrist pawandeep kaur seems to be very experience in her job, she provides me all information I need, she made my trust back with boots again, very good services delivered by boots optician staff Before this appointment I was thinking to move back to Specsaver but this time services provided by optometrist pawandeep kaur and rest of staff was brilliant and made my trust with boots , well done

I called in to the Abergavenny branch on the off chance for an appointment and was very pleased they had availability that afternoon. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and I am very satisfied with the service I received. The optician was very friendly and put my mind at rest by explaining everything clearly to me. I need reading glasses and purchased two pairs at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone else.
